      Dear Pure-E2 Team,
      first I would like to say - I really appreciate Your work. I'm using Your image since years.

      I switched from 6.5 to 7.4 image version yesterday. I have two questions :

      1. Where is default video player? I mean player which was opened when You press "play" button on remote. Now the timeshift function is launching.

      2. Is it any chance to get the skin version from 6.5? I really like this version (simply, without any additional information about caid, pid.. etc

      You can assign almost any key as you wish using hotkeys

      You can customize a lot of things to your liking in the skin settings menu, for example, caid, pid.. etc. are not displayed.

      There is a post how to make Estuary skin do as you please, too.

      Default player, when using MENU > FNC File Manager is > FNC Media Player. Built in. Works a treat. Way better than any other E2 player. Integrated with FNC IMDb Info plugin and PurE2 skinned Subtitle Support plugin etc. etc.

      To change the default media replay find the Service App and choose between the 3 options there, in the first line of its settings.

    • Not all scripts might work from pManager > Scripts etc.

      But for those that don't > use MENU > File Manager > /usr/scripts > choose and press OK > confirm that you want to "Run it as a script" and it will run... (Just in case if you get stuck...)

      PurE2 FNC File Manager is a powerful tool... with many marvels in it...

      After the installation I went to the plugin > Settings > blue button to install the server and then down to check for the plugin updates...

      I got quite a few BSODs, so plugin needs an update, probably some specific updates for PurE2 also...

      The needed smaller and bigger fixes:
      -choose the download folder on an HDD/SSD/USB/mSD as we see fit
      -a different (external) folder for cache/buffering (preferably on a no-moving parts USB/SSD/mSD, not an internal folder or HDD)
      -specific (external) folder for downloading posters and subtitles (is it meant to be integrated with SubSupport plugin?)
      -trying to play a movie (Greg Allman) - it doesn't start D/Ling or buffering (or a series "Breaking bad")
      -"all episodes", "play" or "download" doesn't happen, whatever one chooses
      -in most menus episodes of series apear in a chaotic manner and it is not possible to choose properly, as we want
      -changing the player doesn't help, nothing happens when one chooses a film/series

      -preload buffer doesn't do anything
      -moving from one film/series to the next, one by one, not the whole page of them - it's mostly irregular, not possible to choose
      -many posters in various categories/parts of the menu do not appear at all
      -exiting the plugin gives a BSOD

      Anybody with a different result?

      P.S. Not sure if "Autostart" should be enabled - I think probably not... E2 is sometimes struggling to boot after all that... Why would the plugin need to start with E2? We should start it when we need it. There isn't much RAM or "flash" in these machines anyway.
