Zgemma H9.2H T2 Tuner Signal Problem

Hello!
Hope you can help me solving the issue reported on the subject. So, with my new zgemma h9.2h recently purchased to replace my old zgemma h.2h i can't catch up channels that previously (with my zgemma h.2h) i saw without problems. The transponder signals are now registering "0" on some T2 frequencies. Replacing h9.2h with the old h.2h it's all OK. I want to specify that the two decoders have the same configurations.
I thank you in advance for your help.

For what it's worth: mine is fine... UK, all regions...

I guess every piece of HW can be faulty...

Back to the seller, to replace and see?

I don't know... for me it's a big trouble. Some frequencies are Ok, other with signal strength "0" Considering the young age of the device, could it be a software problem, like driver or other firmware issue ???

Every line of products occasionally has an error - perhaps you were unlucky?

Try it at friend's house and see, perhaps?

What I do not understand is why for some frequencies it's all Ok, for others there are problems. :EVC471~119:

So, probably a faulty unit. Exchange for another unit.

Hi,

Finally solved my T2 problem on Zgemma H9.2H. In order to solve this issue have to modify manually the PLP ID voice under user defined transponder like this:

PLP ID 012 --> Tring Digital
PLP ID 011 --> Klan HD

Hope can help anyone else that's facing this issue

Great! Do you think we have a bad transponder list for DVB-T/2 by default ? Or, is it just a local case?

I don't think it's a transponder list problem or local case. I have noticed that's a problem related to new generation zgemma devices. This problem is faced also with zgemma h7s. With previously/old zgemma device like (h2; h.2h; h5) this problem doesn't exist.

Ok, new drivers for all Zgemma HiSilicon boxes are in the feeds. These fix powervu stuff, I hope they do something for DVB-T as well.
