Loss of signal,bug maybe?

Hi, I'm currently running a Dreambox 920 with the pure2.6.2 image. I am having problems with loss of signal starting on 19.2 and also on 13.0. I have a signal strengh on 19.2 of 97% and 83% on 13.0 and 99% on 28.2 from the uk, but it starts with the signal cutting out every 20 minutes on 19.2 , then progressing to total signal loss of that sat , then the same thing happening on 13.0. 28.2 is unaffected so can anyone share any information on this problem as it looks like some kind of bug, maybe from a plugin, maybe not. any help would be great thanks

i did not hear something like this before . check your Tuner configs , and your satelite xml and then make a new search,i think that helps

Probably HW problem, cable, lnb or failing tuner. 920s are usually more reliable than early 900 boxes, but still prone to extraordinary number of failures.

Thanks jack 1.9 and delfie, I have updated the sat xml last week and did a direct location on dishpointer right to my dish, I,m getting 1945 channels on 13.0 and 1300 - 1400 (can't remember the exact figure). Delfie, I first thought it may be an LNB prob but it's not affecting other satellites at this stage, if it was I would have thought every one of them would be affected as with a cable problem.

Thanks Delfie after your post, I went and checked all connections and found the one to the motor to be loose. Obviously when the motor was turning along clarkes arc the cable was disconnecting from the same two satellites due to the curve of the arc . Strange, but part of the fun with satellites. Thanks again.
